Early Years PE
At MA Active, we aim to be the leaders in providing high-quality, engaging physical education sessions designed specifically for children aged 5 and under. We understand how crucial it is to promote healthy lifestyles from a young age and help children reach their full physical potential. We also recognize that Physical Development, as outlined in the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage), often doesn't receive the attention it requires, leaving many educators and parents feeling unprepared to support sports-related activities.

That's where we come in. MA Active is built on years of expertise. Coach Malik brings over 10 years of experience teaching PE in various Early Years settings. With a proven history of success, Malik has crafted a program that effectively blends the EYFS framework with imaginative, play-based methods, covering a wide range of themes to engage young learners.
How do we deliver Early Years PE?

These lessons feature themed games designed to explore various skills, using age-appropriate equipment that is fully supplied by MA Active.

Specialised Programme
We offer a programme developed by our coaches to maximize engagement and deliver the highest quality of learning and fun for all children. The lessons focus on 6 key topics, which rotate weekly to ensure repetition and continuity. Additionally, all lessons are designed to fit within 30-minute time slots, keeping engagement levels high and helping maintain focus for nursery-aged children.

Relationship Building
Our coaches excel at building positive relationships with children, showing a genuine interest in their well-being and prioritizing their care. Additionally, our coaches foster strong, positive relationships with staff members and parents, which is crucial for supporting the children's development.
Our Programme

Through our years of experience, we have developed a program that we believe best prepares children for KS1 PE. This program focuses on six key topics, which are rotated weekly to track improvements. Each topic is designed to not only build physical skills but also to link various sports together, helping children develop a well-rounded foundation. By incorporating a variety of sports, we aim to enhance their agility, coordination, teamwork, and decision-making skills, allowing them to make connections between different activities while improving their overall fitness and confidence.
